"This place was absolutely fantastic! The room was beautifully clean. We had all the necessary things we would want, and it was so close to everything, especially some really good places to have breakfast or a glass of wine and lunch. Cannot say enough good things about this place, especially Cynthia, who was extremely helpful with everything we needed and the cleaning staff they were so,so good!!"

"If you want to experience San Gimignano at its best, you need to stay inside the walls. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in a historic house. The owner and her staff were so kind and helpful. They had great suggestions for restaurants, etc., and shared the history of the house. We hope to return and stay there again!"

"We were happy with our stay and have zero complaints. The staff were super responsive and helpful. They made sure we got checked in and offered suggestions for nearby food. The place was clean. It was small for 3 people but it worked. The location was so close to everything. I don’t think you could beat it if you want to be right in the middle of everything. That does mean there is noise. It didn’t bother us but there is definitely noise from outside."

"Anfitrões formidáveis e atenciosos, quarto confortável e limpo."

"Location was perfect. Easy walk to all historical sites including Piazza Michael Angelo for sunset. But you do need to be in shape to walk."

"Great location with easy access to train station and Florence. The breakfast was well appointed and included meats, breads and fruits. Our room was spacious and quiet with elevator access."
