Hotel dekat Encore Boston Harbor

"Employees are protesting outside. They are literally yelling at you, beating drums, and shaming you as you enter and leave. Check in was at 4pm. My room was not ready until 830pm. No compensation offered. No valet, no room service, no notice of the short staff and reduced services until I arrived. I was overcharged for minibar purchases I did not make. Room service was significantly delayed every day. I complained and was treated like I should be grateful for them even listening. Absolute...

"The staff was friendly and helpful"

"The bedroom smells of cat urine and the bathroom was dirty."

"The best hotel, near supermarket, near airport,"

"Cheap"

"Bathroom door was not fitted correctly making difficult to close. Bathroom had no fan. No easy accessible water fountain. Only one was in the gym."

"The elevators were not working"

"We enjoyed our brief stay here. The front desk immediately helped us on our way to enjoying a walking tour of historic Boston by providing maps and brochures. We returned from our 7 mile walking tour tired and so happy to be in our spacious room. It was clean and orderly. The bed was just right with the best pillows ever! The bathroom was sparkling clean with the familiar shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion recently filled. Breakfast was yummy and offered a wide variety of options....

"When we first got to the hotel, the staff were short and curt with no pleasantries. Room look like it hadn’t been cleaned. Hair was in all the corners there was debris under the bed. Shower wasn’t clean. We ended up going up across the street and getting cleaning supplies from a gas station to make our stay doable."

"Great location, but could benefit from better sound proofing windows"

"Great complimentary breakfast, good shower, pleasant and quiet room."

"Breakfast 1 🌟"

"They clean every day. Breakfast is good."

"The Yacht Haven was a lovely place to stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully maintained. Close to many landmarks in Boston. A wonderful view of Boston Harbor and the downtown area. The breakfast was a nice surprise and tasty."
