The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and even getting us ice from the nearby restaurant. "We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person. All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy."

"Incredibly kind front of house staff. I arrived hours before check in and just asked if I can charge my phone and I’ll come back at the appropriate time. While I waited the staff checked if my room was ready and within 15 minutes I was already in my room. They also made sure I was carrying water when I was going out during a heat wave."
