"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. "We stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping should come and change garbage and sheets every 3rd night. No one came after the 3rd night even after I called reception. This is during holy week weekend, there’s no excuse of being a holiday for no one to work since this is a hospitality business. "

I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...
