"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception. Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"Everything about the View was great. The rooms were as described, amazing views, the restaurant delivered quality food at great prices and staff were friendly and helpful. My only negatives would that the breakfast buffet wasn’t very hot, and staying above the train lines was very noisy. I wish i had known how loud and close the trains were and how much it would impact my sleep so i could have requested a room on a higher floor. Perhaps complimentary ear plugs would help but otherwise happy with...

"Hotel is perfectly located to walk to the piers, the rocks, the opera house, catch a train into the city or a ferry to Manly or the zoo. Rooms are very large - you will be comfortable and able to stretch out while you are there. The common space on the ground floor is very nice, although sunset spots on the dock tend to book fast. The room has a mechanical shade you can lower with a light switch which is also helpful if you want to sleep in. For runners (which we were) there is a constant stream...
