"Excellent service. After having a nightmare of a booking with another motel we called the reception around 9:30pm and they had an availability and could meet me to get me settled in. I made the booking online through Expedia then arrived and they greeted me nicely, showed me to my room and even offered me an upgrade after my horrible experience. Very pleasant staff. The rooms were so cute and clean and I love that there’s a stove in the rooms with other amenities and the beds were also very...

"Free parking is a bonus. The room itself left much to be desired - it was dated and lacking many modern conveniences. The bed was the worst part. For whatever reason, the mattress is covered with a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet. So of course it came away from the mattress as we got into bed and was impossible to keep tucked in as we slept. The mattress underneath was disgusting - covered in all sorts of revolting stains. Reception is awkward, as even during opening hours, we had to buzz...

"The property outside is really poorly kept. The photos online don't really add up to reality. The lobby was unfortunately really really bad, there was a constant overwhelming smell of deep fried Asian food inside and out. The rooms we had booked had burn holes in the sheer curtains and bedside tables & patched up holes in the walls."

"Good convenient budget motel, being pet friendly is a bonus and one reason for my stay as I had appointments to attend in the city. Close to major transport links, and shops, restaurants etc. Hell Pizza right next door! Staff friendly. Due to location potentially a bit noisy but was fine when I was there. Could perhaps do with a little maintenence but nothing major. Room was clean. Would stay again and would recommend."
