"Lovely room, parking. It is in quieter part of Greater London but some nice restaurants about. Ideal for bushy parkrun about 25 min walk to start line About half an hour walk from hotel to Hampton court and then beyond that there’s bars and restaurants. Recommend Sakura Yakiniku restaurant."

"The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!"

"What a fabulous place to stay. All the little touches to make one feel special. Staff fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Love the colour schemes. All so restful and inviting.
