"My family travelled and stay at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel for one night. It was myself, my husband, and our two children (ages 9 and 7). The employee who checked us in was kind. We had a beautiful view out of our hotel window. The bathroom was beautiful, however, a bit dark. There was a light around the mirror, but that was all. The beds were comfortable. We stayed on a Saturday night and the property was extremely busy. Parking is in a garage next to the hotel. There’s no direct walking...

They couldn’t fix them on night one and they said they’d send maintenance asap at 9 am the next day. Checked with them again in morning and then told by 9:30 am maintenance would come. We waited.
