No mention on website that there are actually 2 separate hotel buildings and only one has an elevator. Room was clean. Housekeeping did not replenish courtesy toiletries. "I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. I had to put it on the right way. The service was poor from check-in to check-out. They pick and choose which guest to offer the trolly belhop service to. I had to carry my wife’s and I baggage to our room upon arrival. Most of the staff seemed to have a bad attitude, and we did not feel welcome at all. As someone who works in hotel management and travels often, this was the first time I felt this uncomfortable at a hotel. The property itself is run down and needs a lot of improvement, both in maintenance and customer service. There is also very little to do nearby, and the restaurants recommended by the hotel are about 30 minutes away. The only positive part of our stay was Lydia, who was friendly and introduced herself. Overall, I suggest paying extra to stay somewhere else. I would visit St. Croix again, but not this hotel. "

"Beach was very rocky and not swimmable. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. But staff was amazing and very friendly! Views were amazing! Food at every restaurant was delicious! "

"The own beer Doug was super helpful and sweet. His wife decorates the property immaculately. The pool was down and no cushions but we were so busy exploring the island and beaches that it had no effect on our satisfaction. A great place to stay if you’re on the island. Would highly recommend for couples selling a quiet, romantic escape or groups selling a semi-private party pad. "
