"Room was really clean, and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection, new choices every day, and was good quality. Pool was a decent size but was clean and nice to cool off in. Area is not the best, a little dangerous compared to other parts of phoenix, but was ok in the day light. Staff was wonderful and super nice. Had a water fountain with clean cold water, and vending machines with a bunch of snacks for good prices!"

"The evening dinner option was a very nice perk. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. My flight was delayed and I was able to pay a little extra to be able to stay in the room later which was wonderful. The airport shuttle was timely. Absolutely no complaints. Couldn't have been better."

We originally booked a hotel down the street, HAD THE WORST first impression and refused to stay. We drove down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn and Jervon helped me with such warmth and kindness. I know he could tell I was frazzled, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
