"Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, especially Phillipa at the front desk. The hotel is on a cliff overlooking the ocean, and a short walk into the high street area. Unfortunately they were remodeling some areas so we only had one elevator. I stayed on the fourth floor and had a great view of the coastline and the city. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was in the last few days of ownership before handover to new owners. Old owners were pleasant enough, but I felt we got the minimum acceptable service. We had stayed twice before, but it made no difference. Minimum acceptable service means Average Star Marking."

The only thing I will recommend to the hotel is to care bit more of the cleanness. The cleaning lady's are great people but they need to do the cleaning bit better. If gets better cleaning I will give an extra star. "
