"Good breakfast. Polite staff. However there was difficulty communicating with them over issues like laundry, airport shuttle and other things. I got a room that was very staffy and with no windows whatsover. There was also some heckling when it cae to check out time. I made known my special circumstances but the staff was inconsiderate"

"I definitely do not recommend booking in this hotel. Despite in advance paid booking of 3 rooms in this hotel, there was no room for us when we arrived. The hotel service and manager did not accept our explanations and confirmed reservation and finally we had to look for another accomodation. It was not so easy because of Christmas time in Ethiopia.
