"The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. "We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering. "The only issue which was very annoying was that being in 215 there was a hum and a bit of vibration making it difficult to get to sleep. On checking with the front desk in the morning we were told that it was likely from the fans of the pizza place next door. If the hotel isn’t full they should not place people in this room or others who might have this same issue."

I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place. "I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."
