"👍👍👍👍"

"While the room was reasonably clean my biggest complaint was the shower. It was the puniest shower I have ever seen in a Holiday Inn. Very weak. I long for the good old days when you had access to a little bar of soap, a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. "Property under renovation, definitely needed"

"Needs renovating. Beds and pillows were comfortable, but the bathroom needs help. The bathroom door (Room 115) was cracked and had a door knob, but no lock. The door had clearly been broken as if someone was breaking into the locked bathroom door. The shower has areas of mildew in the caulking and the bar on the shower wall is loose. "Too much noises T night and water leaking in shower. Will not stay there again."

"Hotel very clean. Staff was polite, efficient and cheery. Breakfast was hot, tasty and abundant."

"This was my second stay at this facility in the last 3 months. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was that we had to get our room key reactivated every night that we came back to get into our room. A little inconvenient but staff was prompt in getting it fixed."

"Unfortunately we had the fire alarm go off 3 times which was a result of a customer not complying with the rules. It was difficult for our daughter with health issues. It in no way reflected in the support and concern of the staff and excellent response of the Abilene fire department."
