"Super friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. Our room was upgraded to a city room and we were right next to the subway and the noise from the subway sounded like a white noise machine, it was actually really nice."

"This was an excellent place to stay for our week long trip to NYC. In particular, the space was clean, quiet, and located near to a subway station we used to get around. We felt safe walking to and from the subway at night. My only mild gripe is that the washer/dryer required me to download a separate app and load money onto it in order to do our laundry. However, the prices were reasonable and it was more of an inconvenience than a deterrent. "

"Booked I needed gut for my daughter and friends. They charged my card an additional $100 for property damage was totally a lie. I had to call my bank to dispute it. Please take your pics when you exit. "

That made this family vacation memorable and peaceful for our family member. Douglas and Veronica were always smiling and wishing us well on our daily outings. Going forward this is our NYC hotel. Great Location: walking distance food markets, restaurants, quick trains to Manhattan."

"It's a clean, affordable place with good subway access to multiple train lines. Room had a nice view and was decent size. Service is polite. This is a solid option if you want a well priced hotel with good access to city. "

"I do not eat pork or red meat; the hotel only served pork, pork, and more pork bacon. I was told by the kitchen staff that turkey or chicken sausage would be served the next morning for two days which was NOT served only that damn pork! The kitchen staff were both pleasant."
