"The staff was great, I think the hotel needs to be updated to get a fresh look and feel. I'm really disappointed that they charge $21 dollars per day for parking. I've stayed in other Hilton properties in Las Vegas before and none of them charged for parking ,except this Tropicana location. This was not mentioned when I booked this room."

"I shared three main concerns with the front desk as we checked and the only reply I got was "thanks for your feedback" without addressing the issues they let their clients experienced... First issue: the street facing room are very noisy at night - fire truck, people talking, motorcycle... poor window sound insulation. Second, the stove seems to leak gas as we cook and we need to air out the gas smell. Third, the toaster got our bagel on fire and fire alarm went off. I am not sure if the...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The staff at the casino are really friendly and helpful the rooms are extremely clean that ambience and aesthetics are extremely beautiful and the food at the hotel was really good. Only complain I had was that the hours for the fitness center and the pool were not as long as I wish they were but aside from that everything else was great."
