"No notice upfront that the pool needed to be booked in advance for 2 hour time slots. By the time we checked in there was no availability. Mostly booked the hotel for the pool so it was a bit discouraging. The rest of the hotel was very clean and nice!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is quite run-down and does not feel well maintained. The staff were polite but very limited in what they were able to help with, and most of my concerns couldn’t be addressed. My room was on the first floor facing a busy main road. I was repeatedly woken during the night by trucks and traffic. The hotel itself is also very noisy—you can hear people walking past your room, talking in the hallway, and doors opening and closing,...

"The location was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. It was convenient for sightseeing and the staff held our luggage before our room was ready. I definitely recommend paying more to make sure you get a room with windows if you plan to stay more than a night. There is no pool or free breakfast, but if you want an excellent location and comfortable stay, this place was great."

"Everything was great—not quite 5-star great, but it was still a good stay. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend it is the location. It’s farther from everything in Boston than I expected, and the Uber costs added up quickly, around $40 per ride, 2–3 times a day. There are better hotels, even at a slightly higher price, that are within walking distance of most attractions. In the end, you’ll probably spend less overall and have a much more convenient experience."
