"This was by far one of the best inn rooms I have slept in for years. The bed was big and comfortable with a great mattress topper, two big wide windows for air. There was both a bath and a shower and both were clean. Tv and great coffee machine with plenty of milk and sugar with milk alternatives if needed. "Love this hotel. convenient for Gatwick airport. Just 20 minutes in the hotel shuttle bus.Just £5 they dont except cash payments. Rooms are clean ,comfortable with huge tv. We booked half board with chiken strips then ceasar salad for me and steak for my hubby .Includes a drink.Meal was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.Really great hotel.Dont hesitate to book."

"Stayed the night on route to Birmingham airport. Ideal location just off the motorway. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice. Full English and continental available. Free parking is great."

"Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...
