"Our room was adjacent to property maintenance work which began at 7 AM and the hot water was shutoff at 9 AM. Needless to say, it was very noisy and we had to take an early shower. We would have appreciated to know about this inconvenience and make an informed decision before booking. "

"The hotel is in a great location, really handy for restaurants and all the main attractions. It was also only a 5 minute walk from the station. We requested a quiet room on a high floor to the rear of the property which we were given. The pool was lovely and worth a visit."
