"The stay exceeded my expectations! The room was exactly as photographed and advertised, the room was spotless, very quiet, the bed was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels, lovely soaps and lotions in the shower and at the sink, and there were dishes and utensils available which was a lovely surprise. Great location and a short walk to many attractions in Old Quebec, as well coffee shops around the corner. Will definitely stay again when the occasion presents itself!"

"Beautiful property. Small but cozy room with all the basic comforts. Clean and well maintained. The common room on the RC level is great space for families. Loved the roof-to-table restaurant, you can see the rooftop garden on the first floor. Double paned windows mean the rooms are very quiet, even facing the noisy busy street. Location means you are right in the heart of Quebec City, a short walk from Frontenac and the Vieux Quebec quartier."

It was on a corner of a major street and there were some questionable people around but they kept to themselves and felt safe still. Check in was smooth and effortless. "Great property at Great location. Parking has options and we literally had a 2 minute walk from Parking to the property. This is not a hotel room but could be a full time live in condo. Can't say enough good things about it. The one negative was no elevator for a rd floor room. My wife struggled a bit but I would recommend this property and stay there if I go back to Quebec"

"We stayed in a king loft room for 3 nights. The room was pretty big. The bathroom was very nice with a perfect shower. The bed was not bad but the sheet was not fitted so kept moving all over the place. Good pillows. AC worked well. Parking place was available for us. "I really liked the keyless entry to the building and room, and that we didn't have to worry about arriving late and having to coordinate checking in with a person. The full kitchen was amazing to have a multi-day stay, and I'm so glad there was an elevator along with the stairs. The room was well-maintained, clean, and we were able to control the room temperature ourselves. Parking is the only thing that is a bit tricky, but we were always able to find a spot. "Everything was excellent except on the Friday and Saturday night the loud music from the hotel restaurant made it impossible to sleep until after 11.30. Which isn't great when you are jet lagged. Also we left towels on the floor for house keeping to remove. They didn't."

"I don’t normally write long reviews, but the Hilton Quebec was worth it. All of the staff are wonderful. The place is spotless. And we traveled with a 15 month old toddler - we felt welcome in every space and it really is a hotel set up for kids. Would come back in a heartbeat!"
