"Edward the manager was very friendly and helpful! But SAM at the Front Desk really made my whole trip! Traveling for my daughter's 16th birthday to attend a concert! Stayed 4 days and spent every single day exploring San Francisco! Sam had great suggestions, and recommendations! He checked in on us every day we rolled back in tired and exhausted! Checking on our day trips and how we were enjoying everything! Didn't get an opportunity to check out the amenities at the Soma(their sister hotel), but honestly, working out and swimming was our last thought! Great rooms, they refreshed our towels and hotel room! Amazingly cold frigid AC! Loved the hotel esthetic! Adorable boutique hotel! Thank you Sam and Edward for going above and beyond in welcoming us to your city! It was memories that will last a lifetime! Forever grateful for our experience!"

"Room 912 was awesome! Everything was super clean and comfortable. The bed being able to electronically turn into a couch is a nice amenity. Filtered water and ice machine on 9th floor is convenient. View of civic center at night was nice. The lounge was comfortable and Enjoyed the all day coffee machine, especially in the morning when oatmilk was available. Fresh croissant and Danish pastry along with other continental breakfast options is nice. The security guards made my family feel safe. The walk to BART is quick. Was thankful for Ross and Ikea close by. If you don't mind the walk the food at Miss Saigon is excellent!!!! We were even able to leave our bags after check out for a few hours to go eat. All staff friendly and helpful."

"If you want a spacious and clean room near all that’s happening in the heart of San Francisco, this hotel does the trick. The stairs and hallways leading to your room are a little vintage but once you are in the room, the walls are thick, the bed is comfortable and the amenities are contemporary. I would recommend this."

"Staff was very nice and the location was great for me, but the room didn’t seem very clean. There were long hairs all over the floor and I just don’t think the floors were ever cleaned. But overall it was fine."

"We had a 2-room family suite. It was a lot smaller than it appeared in pictures, and an awkward layout. But the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There is VERY limited parking, and we ended up having to walk 2 blocks to a parking garage. The part of town it is in can be rough at times, we made extra effort to be back in the room before dark."
