"Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful bringing us towels and extra coffee milks when we asked. Also allowed us to check in early for free which was very much appreciated. Controlled...

"Zimmer war sauber. Leider hatten wir einen Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung. Sonst war Bad gut, Bett gemütlich. Wir hatten keinen Safe und keinen Kühlschrank. Gerade bei einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wäre ein Safe doch gut gewesen... Bahnstation ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Frühstück war absolut enttäuschend, auch verglichen zu anderen Premier Inns. "Room was very clean, staff were helpful"

"What a find!!! Tucked away just off Cranbrooke Road and a five minute walk to the Elizabeth line, this place is a gem. The staff are lovely, friendly and so helpful, the room was pristine and the bed was comfy. Thanks Sunny, I will definitely be back and recommending The Wellesley."

"Did not like the small size of room even though I booked a double bed. Absolutely no room either side of the bed when really room is just big enough for a single bed. Having a double bed means of course that hotels can charge more! On top of that bed springs dug into me all night so a very unpleasant sleep. No excuse not to not replace the mattresses and suggests penny pinching and trying to save money. Won’t stay again for reasons mentioned above."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong gutter smell throughout our stay. The shower temperature control was faulty and kept getting stuck meaning we either had boiling hot water or freezing cold water. When we asked for help staff told us to use a towel to turn the knob but it was extremely difficult and we ended up having cold showers.
