"Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. "We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong gutter smell throughout our stay. The shower temperature control was faulty and kept getting stuck meaning we either had boiling hot water or freezing cold water. When we asked for help staff told us to use a towel to turn the knob but it was extremely difficult and we ended up having cold showers. "Room had bed bugs and refused to return money, staff was useless. Honestly don't even want to go back to London because of such a bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know how this place is still running."

"Flight got canceled and communicated new ETA to property. Didn’t check messages and canceled our stay. Thankfully, the reception staff was able to get us a replacement room but the room was dusty and hot as an oven. "Cheap useful room, with fridge and microwave. Hob and sink outside (no pots or plates etc, bring your own). Only 1 very thin pillow each, only 1 teaspoon. Plenty of sockets, free parking if you are lucky, but you can park on road until 8.30am. We did this and were able to park onsite at 8. We would go again."
