Cari Vila di Fairborn

"The property had burned down a year ago yet Expedia rented it to me back in April. When I arrived, there were few hotels left unoccupied as it was Parent Weekend at University of Dayton. I had to drive around calling places for three and half hours. "

"Room was not as pictured and overall needed TLC. The main lobby smelled unpleasant to say things kindly. The elevator was sketchy on a good day. The bathtub did not drain properly. They give you one single bar of soap and one towel as if you’re in a prison. Staff were friendly and willing to spare an extra bar of soap and towel. I would only consider this hotel if it’s the significantly cheaper option. If you can spend some extra $ and be more comfortable."

"It was a good and clean property. We were allowed to check in about 40 minutes. The lady at the front desk was courteous but she wore a large bonnet on her head that I felt was for bed wear."

"Clean new place"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I requested a first floor room to make it easier for taking my dogs out and they accommodated. Have stayed here twice and will stay the next time we are in town!"

"The location is a bit unique— it’s far away from restaurants, etc. but Close to AirForce Museum. I think it would be nice to have a bar."

"The room was clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful."
