"We did not have a coffee maker in our room, even though we had coffee and sugar packets?! We also did not get all towels replaced on day 2. Fire alarm went off for entire hotel at 2am and was LOUD for 30 minutes!! No fire. Room was clean but halls / elevator dirty. Staff nice, but pretty reserved/quiet. Overall, good distance from Discovery Cove which was our purpose."

"The unit we stayed in had dresser drawers that would not say closed. The Jacuzzi Bathtub was broken and did not work. Since the temperature was a little cold due to cold front. I asked at check-in if the pools were heated and was told they were heated, found out when I took the kids to the 2nd pool next to the lake that the main pool is heated but the 2nd pool was not. The other issue is that for the price per night it was disappointing to have these type of issues. These type of issues...
