"The good: great location,right across the street from Ripleys etc. The room was comfortable and the property overall was clean. They didn't try to force their way in to do housekeeping (I've been to hotels that do), and the beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable-some of the best I've seen in a hotel. The flip side of this is where things went sideways. When you spend $300+ a night you expect an upscale experience. Self parking was OK, except there aren't enough ADA spaces and people without...

"This was our second time at this hotel. It was clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. It was great having a full kitchen. I would hardly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. We plan on going back in the next couple of months."

"Location around events were awesome, the staff was great. Didn’t care for the ice machines to be broken. The rooms could have been better accommodating with the cleaning which was very very poor for the amount of money you’re spending . The bedding was dirty and obviously not changed from the previous guest. That is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in that."
