"We had a lovely birthday weekend at White Oaks. It could have been marred by the fact that our deluxe room looked nothing like the photo. After complaining we were switched to a room that did match the modern look if the photo with the led fireplace. My massage at the spa was also delightful. We will come back!"

"We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."

"The stay at the hotel was beautiful with the view of Niagara falls. Overall with this stay in a hotel would expect to have some water. Besides getting it yourself, the room was a little dirty by the light switches. Was black dirt not clean well but overall I really did enjoy. The staff and workers were really friendly and helpful."

"Very disappointed in our stay. As a family of 6 we require the rooms woth 2 beds and a sofa bed. We opened the sofa bed to see a very worn out mattress with staining and zero linens for said bed. We asked for a mattress swap or portable bed and linens. When I told the gal at the desk that the mattress was disgusting and showed her a picture, she stared at the picture and asked where is the disgusting part, knowing full well she would never sleep on a mattress like that.
