"I recently stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites for 5 days. While the location was convenient, my overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping only came twice during our stay, which was not enough for a 5-day visit. The AC vent/filter in the room was also very dirty and covered in dust, making the room feel poorly maintained.
