"For what you pay,the rooms shouldn’t be beat up. There should be fresh coffee down in the lobby in the morning. All other hotels I’ve stayed at were far better than this hotel. I would never stay there again , nor would I recommend this hotel. Way overpriced!!!!"

"Pool is clean (saline?) and warm (80 degrees?) and hot tub was hot but jets were not working. No microwave, no free coffee in lobby, parking at hotel is $50, your location is a 15-20 minute walk to get to the Falls unless you want to pay $8 round trip to take the mini incline down. Not convenient. The room costs way too much to not have a good view. Pillows were barely stuffed."

"Staff was really nice, and very helpful. Waterpark could be cleaner and because it only opens 10 am, it’s hard to navigate with small kids. Once you’re in the park is great. Doesn’t feel like the life guards are watching very closely. Rooms need an update… our fridge leaked, the blow dryer was falling off the wall, there are a lot of paint chips. But again, great hotel and Boston pizza staff."
