"I had been charged for everything because I booked through Expedia for 10 people no service whatsoever like luck of towel tea bags cuttle we have told to pay 80 dollars for each guest it was not 4 stars it’s for from falls it’s not full view of falls it’s blocked by tower hotel I never booked again it was also expensive than market we asked to pay 100 dollars each room for suites I booked everything got nothing also the asked to pay 100 dollars for car parking which right outside is 10 dollars...

"Bed Bugs And when we had to leave the hotel at 1am in the morning, covered in bites, nothing was offered to us as restitution for a ruined night of our vacation. Had to find emergency lodging. Would not reimburse us for that. 3 days later - refund for the bed bug infested room (the absolutely LEAST they could do) still pending so we had less money available for the rest of our vacation. No one there cared that our “fancy night” turned into half asleep panic. I don’t blame them for getting...
