"Came HongKong to watch Twins concert at the coliseum and boy, this hotel is a stone throw away from the concert hall. Super convenient and also a stone throw away from the MTR. Will be my first choice in the future if I’m coming for another concert. Front desk staffs are pretty friendly and can converse well in English and mandarin too. "

"酒店雖然較舊 但整潔度不錯 兩房間隔很好 最唔滿意係員工服務態度 極度冇禮貌 我4人入住 希望可以提供多兩張被 但前台職員極冇禮貌地講 “一間房間只會提供一張被 唔會再比 你間房而家一張被都冇？ 我哋最多比多一張被比你 另外個張唔知比唔比到你 要問下先” 最後等左15分鐘後比左一張被我地亦都冇再通知會唔會比多張被我地 作為一間4星酒店 有咁既服務態度就已經不能夠想像 既然睇唔起一千幾百既生意就唔好放出黎比人日租"

"Older hotel a little far from city but close to airport. No bath mat and small hand/face towel provided. Staff is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Good value for HK hotel. "
