"We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."

"We enjoyed the easy check in. We had time to relax by the pool. A few used towels lying around and none for us but laundry was very helpful. We then went for drinks at the bar and met with family. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Room was very nice and clean."

"This was an absolute wonderful stay for our entire family. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found our booking and got us our room cards right away. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming and the hotel is super clean. Our rooms smelled great and were nice and tidy. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! We were allowed to go up there with the kids to enjoy a World Cup game and take in the views. I would absolutely book again!"

"Suite overlooking the pool was roomy and very clean and accommodating for our stay. And the front desk staff so kind and attentive. And, yes, the cookies were delish!"

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"Absolutely do not recommend. When I booked, I realize I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel—my expectations were reasonable. My family and I were traveling for soccer and it was a last minute booking. I only have 2 criteria for a stay for me to be happy—clean and safe. The property is not well maintained—pool was drained for the duration of our trip (with no indication prior to booking), the AC was not working property in the lobby/breakfast area to the point where staff had brought in floor units....

"The room was comfortable. Toilet was not cleaned prior to arrival. Room does not a have refrigerator or Microfridge. We never received a call as promised to let us know the room was ready, so we returned shortly after 4 to pick up keys. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the property looked well manicured, and the bed was comfortable."

"The room was really nice and the staff are friendly , no much of a variety on breakfast but it will do for that morning saves you money that is for sure but overall Spring Hill by Marriot is a nice. Place to stay in I recommend it .Plus there was plenty of parking"
