"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

"Nice friendly staff.It was racing upon my arrival and the gentleman at the desk ran outside with an umbrella to escort me in. Great Service! As for the room a the bathrooms are nice and big but the beds could use new mattresses....very uncomfortable in the room given to us but the ones in the room on the second floor were great. Overall I would recommend staying there. Have another Graduation next year I'll be sure to book again"
