"Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else."

"Very friendly staff. But, the disability access rooms were a bit outdated. A rail which was not totally secure and a leaning toiler kept us from staying in our original room. Also, the handicap seat in the shower was missing one of the rubber footings."

"From check-in to checkout this was a great hotel in a wonderful location. Walk to shopping and dining with ease. If you are traveling around Charlotte area like I was, it was a great place to use as a hub."

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"Parking was great. The facility was very humid and poorly ventilated in the bathrooms. However, staff was helpful when we requested additional items. The breakfast staff were awesome and handled additional requests with no issue. The night manager was also very nice and accommodating during check-in."

"The hotel was wonderful. It's in a great, walkable location and was well maintained. My room was a good size with a full kitchen which made preparing food in the room a breeze. Breakfast had a lot of options- pretty standard hotel fare. The front desk staff was helpful, and the room staff were quick to bring any supplies I needed. The outdoor pool area was wonderful, and I spent quite a bit of time relaxing there. As usual, the only items that detracted from my stay were other patrons. Some...

"Newly remodeled property. The location was alittle suspect, but it was what we needed, close to the Lynx train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There's no central heating/air. There was plug in units in each room, but the room was cool, even though it was 95 degrees outside. ALOT of dogs at the property the day we happened to be staying there, but overall they were quiet. Staff was super friendly."

"Great hotel. Nice property. Plenty of parking, including an indoor garage. Safe, convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to many recreational activities. Nice lobby with plenty of common areas and great outdoor spaces. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly; very professional and I experienced a quick, efficient check-in."
