"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

"In the middle.of a remodel and it shows. The elevator seems like it was going break any minute. No phone in our room and a wire was sticking out of the wall and taped up.
