"Parking wasn't free, even staying there. That was odd for a Motel 6.
Staff and management were terrific and helpful, however, and it shares a parking lot on Camelback with the Original Pancake House. That is an insanely good breakfast place. Everything is well-sourced or homemade.
I recommend staying here! Lydia is great!"

"Upon arriving the hotel looks nice , it is sandwich between parking car garages … we got in the room and the sliding g glass bathroom door was broken …— open the window blinds and we were looking at a parking car garage …. I had order a room with a Mountain View on the site ….. never happened . I called the front desk , they said “ oh. Yes we see you reserved that … set we don’t have any available ! “. “ we made that available tomorrow “ —- never heard from the staff again …. Until late Saturday...

"The evening dinner option was a very nice perk. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. My flight was delayed and I was able to pay a little extra to be able to stay in the room later which was wonderful. The airport shuttle was timely. Absolutely no complaints. Couldn't have been better."

"The location was great for me. Central to east and west destinations during my stay. Plenty of parking. This is a new facility. It is well managed, staff is helpful, Laundry room is clean and machines are new. Breakfast is grab and go with no real place to sit down…but then again having a two burner stove, fridge, micro, and availability of kitchen items the grab and go snacks make a lot of sense. Very close to box stores to the East around Gilbert Rd, and since there is construction going...

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

Maids so jaded and angry and maintenance people were like out of a dateline episode😳. Bedding was awful more like a tablecloth...it was loud dated ,& old rusty and dirty inside & outside and when I asked for hot water the breakfast staff said they had none🤔they were also angry people seemed so unhappy to be working it was the worst!"
