"空港からのアクセスがよく、平日はバス一本で近くのバス停まで行けます。メストレ中心部、ベネチ ア駅までもトラムで一本、30分ほどなので非常に便利でした。荷物が多くてベネチア内の移動が大変だったのでここにして大正解でした。
スタッフの方も質問に丁寧に答えてくれて、近くの地元のレストランを紹介してもらい週末は混むからと予約までしてくれて大変助かりました。
部屋も清潔で、ホテルまでのサービスを望まなければ十分です。
とても良くしていただいたのでチップをはずもうと思って忘れて帰ってしまい申し訳なかったです。"

"Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. En general todo bien."

"It is a not very well kept hotel. Lobby had a very strong odour. The elevator was broken, so I had to carry our very large suitcase up a flight of stairs. The staff were reasonably nice, and spoke English well. Room was clean and had been redone with new flooring etc. OK for night or two, while making a airport connection."

"The rooms looked brand new. We had two rooms. One had a walk-in shower that was fantastic. The other one had a walk in shower and a tub. The shower was very petite.
