Hotel dekat Fearnville Leisure Centre

"When I checked in the receptionist was really full on demanding my passport. I explained I didn’t have it and she was really stroppy insisting that they need it. I was eventually shown to my room which was described as a deluxe ensuite room. It was not very nice. It was hot, no fan. The single bed was uncomfortable with springs digging out of the mattress. I had a shower which was ok but very small. Then I went to go out but found 3 men loitering outside in the front driveway area in their cars...

"No hot water, until we mentioned it. Room very small,very basic amenities. Room could do with refurbishment. Bathroom very basic."

"Coffee machine and fridge excellent n the room, unfortunately the bed was tucked away in the corner making it difficult to even get in. The parking was expensive which wasn’t great, I did find much cheaper parking on the street. Staff friendly and helpful, on the whole it was a nice stay"

"Great location not far from the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Highlight for us was the selection of gluten free breakfast, being coeliac this is hard to find but they were excellent and made fresh food upon request also."

"No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. The food at breakfast was basic and not replenished in good time. The hotel knew of the issue prior to our arrival, I would have preferred to have been informed and given the option of a...

"Fabulous hotel!! Location is city central and close to the train station. Staff were first class and rooms were amazing!"

"Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."
