"The room key was not working multiple times. This was very hard to deal with at night when we were ready to turn in for the night. There was a photo in the listing of a full breakfast bar, then no breakfast. Improve your advertising. I asked for extra towels and the front staff said we couldn’t have any until morning. "Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed"

"The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room."
