"I am extremely disappointed with our stay and the hotel's unacceptable hygiene. We found a large living June bug/Scarab Beetle—a known pest—in our room. When we reported it, the manager was dismissive, simply taking the bug and arguing it was 'no big deal’. He flat-out denied our request for compensation. "very clean hotel"

"Everything was excellent the only one thing I didn’t like I was not able to have a wet shave as the sink did not allow it. Everything else was good even the breakfast."

"Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly as far as housekeeping. Pool was great. Microwave was a bit loud and outdated given how paper thin the walls were and a disturbance to neighboring rooms. Was a bit odd to have the coffee maker in the bathroom, doesn’t feel quite hygienic but nice to have. Complimentary breakfast was great. The small square down pillows and blankets were not the most comfortable"

"It had a very decent size fridge, microwave, coffee, hair dryer, which we were happy to have. The photos of this place are deceiving. We had a king room and it was extremely small, but we made it work. What we didn't like was the cleanliness. Both nightstands had stuck on crud that needed to be scraped off with a razor, like sticky candy or ice cream that had been dried on and stuck there for a while. It was pretty disgusting."

"Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed"

"Great place to stay at a reasonable price! Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Clean and spacious. Fridge, microwave, and keurig machine in room. Excellent water pressure in shower. Breakfast was served. We didn't have that as we were going to our favorite places but we saw many enjoying it and it looked good."

"Clean large room, Great Staff and good parking. Its a good location near the 78 FWY. Just be prepared there are no sofa in your room. didnt bother us, we were always leaving early and getting back late. Great shops and restaurants around also."

"Rooms were not cleaned in days specially the bathroom floors (I end up cleaning the floor with a few wet towels), sheets were changed and the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, but they could do so much. Rooms need remodeling, especially the bathroom as the faucets were hardly working despite of good water pressure."

"This place for a few bucks extra is far better than your typical Hampton or Marriott property....the breakfast is far more fresh with real eggs, fresh potatoes, and an omelette station. The personnel are super nice and helpful and the rooms are just great....highly recommended and I travel quite a bit for work and play"

"For how expensive it is, I was extremely disappointed in the pool and outdated rooms. The pools were not maintained when we went, the bar was closed when it said was open from 11a-5p. Beautiful landscaping & gardens surrounding the golf course though. Looks like an amazing place to have an event, but didn’t give me the resort-style ambiance I was looking for (that’s just my opinion)."
