A great place to stay in Fes. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. It is also very close to the parking lot making it super easy to find when you arrive and when you depart. It is a very beautiful property too. We were glad to have found this great accommodation.

We had a great stay at the Riad the staff were so friendly even made us a takeaway breakfast when we had an early morning start. The facilities were clean and tidy would stay here again.

Excellent Staff and Service-great location

I had a wonderful stay at this riad in Fez! The service was truly excellent — the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The riad itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fez!

Très bien situé à proximité immédiate de la médina mais aussi facile d'accès en voiture ou à pied. Riad très bien rénové avec du personnel très accueillant. Et la personne de l'accueil est une vraie ressource pour organiser les excursions, mais aussi un massage après une journée de marche dans la Médina.

The room was up on the roof terrace level, requiring climbing about 48 steep, uneven steps. However this is the case of every riad in Morocco! The staff carried our luggage up and down the stairs which was a tremendous relief. Breakfast was the usual riad fare and filling, though more fresh fruit would have been nice. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby. The riad is inside the walls of the Medina, yet very close to the entry parking lot, so getting to transportation was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay at the riad. The owner is very helpful, she helped us with the luggage and told us where to find restaurants in the maze-like Medina. We had to leave early on our departure date, but she kindly arranged early breakfast for us.

Beautifully decorated room down to the four banner bed with gorgeous white princess curtains. Keen staff eager to make your day better. Balcony was great, good views. Central location.

We stayed 4 nights at this Riad and it was one of the best Riad we stayed in Morocco. The style was very vintage with modern facilities and the location is great. It is just outside the Medina and close to a street so it is easy to catch Taxis or transfers without carrying or pushing your bags through the middle of the Medina. The staff were so friendly especially Othmne who served us breakfast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us

The riad is beautifully built and attention to details. The host was very hospitable. There is vehicular access to the riad and it is within walking distance from the main street. We stayed in Azul which is on 3rd floor so there are some stairs to climb, but you get to enjoy the rooftop view so I'd say this could easily the best room to stay in.

RIAD located on the edge of the Medina. It is a beautiful old building that had been renovated and maintains its historic charm. As a historic property, you need to be able to climb some uneven and narrow stairs to access the rooms, lighting is a bit dim and outlets are limited. Our room had TV, AC, good WiFi, was quite large, had a nice sofa to relax on and a beautiful view of the inner garden. Breakfast was included and the staff even packed us a to go breakfast the day we had to catch a ride well before breakfast hours.

I have stayed in a lot of riads in Morocco, and this was by fast the very worst, experience ever. It's run in such a haphazard and faulty way. Plaster dust fell like snow all over me as I slept. The staff were rude to the point of being like Fawlty Towers, and kept saying. 'it's not our problem?' Avoid avoid avoid!

Very dusty everywhere, even on the bed!!! Could be working on the AC overhead before my arrival. No AC remote control can be found. Luckily we don’t need AC that night. No English speaking staff available on site. Lighting is inadequate-very dark. It’s very difficult to access this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad des Remparts de Fès. Both Hajar and Mohammed made sure we were comfortable and ensured that we had everything we needed. We also especially requested eggs during one of our breakfasts and Hajar made sure we got them the next day. Excellent hospitality, clean and a well maintained Riad. Most days it was just the two of us there so we got the whole space to ourselves. Also, located conveniently; a quick 5-7 minute walk from the main souks and the Blue Gate. One thing to be mindful of: due to old infrastructures, there are no elevators so if you’re in the top most room, that’s 4 flights of stairs. Overall, highly recommend this Riad.

I typically don’t give reviews but am doing so as I relied heavily on them for my trip to Morroco. I had an amazing stay at this Riad. The hospitality from both Othmane and Hajar was exceptional. They truely went out of their way to make our stay in Fez even more special. We were two females travelling together and felt very safe. The Riad is very well located and is close to a parking lot so you do not need to walk very far from being dropped off by taxi. We also used this parking lot as a reference for us to get back to the Riad as the Medina is quite hectic to navigate. The breakfast was very good and changed every day. We stayed in the Andalouse room and were very comfortable. Big room and bathroom. I would definitely return to this Riad.
