"Super service !!! Hicham et Ibtissam (les hôtes) sont d’un accueil ultra chaleureux. Ils sont aux petits soins tout le temps et a n’importe quel moment. Le riad est bien situé par rapport a la medina. Mais attention seul bémol hyper difficilement accessible en voiture et faut marcher entre le parking en extérieur et la medina pour y arriver. "

Les chambres sont confortables (très bons lits) mais un peu rustiques, notamment les salles de douches ou le confort est minimaliste. "Despite initial difficulty finding the place at the first time, the overall experience staying here was great. Ahmed proactively contacted me via WhatsApp and provided useful instructions. His entire family was welcoming and when his Mother learned that I couldn't stay for breakfast, she offered to cook me dinner. That was best couscous I’ve ever tried in my life. Amazing hospitality, clean and safe place to stay while in Fes. Certainly recommended to others. "
