"Fabulous suite with comfortable bed, good shower and muesli breakfast plus coffee and selection of teas. It’s above a bar and dining is down the corridor so it is noisy. Take earplugs! Within a 30 minute march to the city and on a tram route. Plenty of coffee, bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by."

"Clean, spacious and comfortable, adequately equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Surprisingly quiet given location 1 block off a major road. Great location. There is a small IGA grocer across the street, but on the other side of the main road, across the parking lot, the rather unprepossessing building is actually a mall with a huge Woolworth grocery store. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront, easy access to CBD - within the free tram area."

"we stayed at 26th floor and the view is wonderfull. we were there during winter and strong wind. The was a cracking noise nonstop on the ceiling during strong wind. besides that everything is perfect"

"I thought Peppers was more high end than this. This is a weird place. Strange lobby, checkin and bar. No room service and no drinks or water in mini bar, so after arriving late disappointed not to have any options. Perhaps I missed this when choosing the hotel. The bed mattress was awful and I rolled into the groove of people who have stayed before me. Anyway it’s fine, but not great. "

"11泊利用。 施設は年季が入っていて古いがある程度しっかり掃除がされていて年季の割には清潔感があった。また、部屋にはキーチェーン、セーフティボックスがなかった。 エレベーターがない。 またWifiが7日間で4GBの制限がある。私は11泊だったので追加発行OKだったが、短期滞在の場合は４GBのキャップがある可能性もあるので確認することをお勧めする。 ルームクリーニングは3日に1回程度はいってもらったが日によって掃除のクオリティにばらつきがあったのは残念。 共用のキッチンがあり、包丁、鍋、フライパン、食器類などを利用可能。近所にALDIとIGAといった食料品店があり、ビクトリアマーケット含め、食材を調達して料理できるのはとても助かった。メルボルンセントラルからは少し離れているが、トラムの駅まで徒歩2分程度なので、トラムを利用すれば10分強でアクセス可能なので、アクセスとしては十分許容範囲。電車の駅も徒歩圏にあるし、価格も考慮するととても満足で、また次回も訪れる際は利用したい。"

"Everything about this accomodation is excellent. The location is superb with the tram right outside the front door and its proximity to the city and riverside. If you are visiting the city, save some money on car rental and just stay here. Within walking distance to an abundance of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, and all of the festivities along the riverside. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again. "
