"We got 2 rooms. Our first room smelled like mj. the second was fine. When we went to take a shower the metal holder for the shower head was broken so you had to hold it up yourself to rinse off. Wasn't about to switch rooms again at that point. Ok stay for the most part. Breakfast was good."

"In addition to the excellent Marriott bedrooms, this hotel offered shuttle service to and from Dulles Airport. Although we needed transport earlier than their regular van service, the hotel arranged a Lyft car for complimentary transport."

They pay close attention to guests' requests and complaints, ensuring a pleasant stay. When I complained about the air conditioning in my room, the manager immediately offered to transfer me to another room to ensure my comfort. That level of responsiveness and care truly impressed me. "My room was unfortunately not super clean, the carpet was wet when we got there. No clue why that was. The amenities, in our case the television, did not work and technician had to come to the room. The robe in the bathroom had a stain on it which was not pleasant"
