"It’s an easy walk to Ocean Ave and the beach area. Staff were extremely friendly, which made the travel experience even better. Lots of dinning options in the area. I only rented a car for some of the days during my stay, so it was a perfect combination of relaxing staycation for some of the days, and venturing out on others. Instead of an older hotel with less amenities that charges the same price to be “beachfront,” I’d happily stay at the Huntley again which is a nicer option that’s just one...

"Everything was done with such sophistication and ease. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and was my 3rd return/stay. Everyone took care of us- from Champagne and Fruit awaiting our room upon arrival, to complimentary coffe (Americana and a Mocha latte) brought to us in the lounge... just so much. Staff were on point- special shout out to Armando Campos and Daniela, along with Ivan the bartender @ La Palma... lovely service. "
"We have stayed at this property multiple times and it keeps getting better and better. Its beautifully decorated in both the rooms and the common areas and the staff is very accomodating. And their new restaurant is SO gorgeous !! "

"Excellent location for prime Santa Monica experience.
The Shore Hotel perfectly delivers on a clean, modern, and walkable oceanfront stay. It's situated directly across from the beach and steps from the Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade. Guest rooms are bright and frequently offer stunning ocean views from private balconies. It is highly convenient, though expect a lively atmosphere (and premium price/parking) due to its central, desirable location."
"Everything was great… the only downs were that the fridge made a whirring noise and the flashing lights on the WiFi access point reflected off the tv. Neither were a reason not to stay.
Free bike rental was a nice surprise, the wifi actually worked and food was close and good"
