"A beautiful mobile home, actually much better than the photos showed, including having a proper bath in the bathroom!! Good location for getting out and about, walking to the beach on site is very steep and if you're not good at walking, it would be a challenge, but there are plenty of good beaches that are accessible locally. Only down side was the full glass door in the lounge area without blinds, so sitting in your jammies was in full view of anyone walking past!"

"This property was one of the nicest I have stayed at in Filey, there was 5 of us and plenty of room. It has everything you can possibly need. The only negative is the late check in and early check out, unfortunately seems standard since Covid. Having the beds to strip, bins to empty before leaving is a lot to get done before 10am. "

" Perfect position near all amenities. Great access to beach. The caravan was clean and very well equipped including excellent cooking and washing facilities. Unfortunately there were no drying facilities, even for wet towels and swimwear. The indoor and outdoor furniture was rather tired and uncomfortable. "
