It was better than I expected from photo, a spacious room with a 4-poster bed, the bathroom had a bath and a walk-in shower. Although no air-con, there was a large fan and we slept well. "Working in the area, thats why i booked it as was cheaper then where i usually stay each week for this week. Everything has gone up as its summer. Very clean, modern. Amazing coffee facilities! Will book again if still cheaper then the ones I usually use."

"We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! "So much to like about this hotel / aparthotel... From the moment we stepped into reception; greeted with a very warm and friendly reception staff, who then offered a small bag of goodies as we were staying for more than 3 nights. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, modern and with a delightful bathroom. A decent power shower, and very nicely presented. Breakfasts were also very good; although a couple of small negative areas here. Need more than 1 coffee machine please. Often the queue...

"Wonderfully located in a natural setting and in short driving distance to several National Trust properties and only 30 to 45 minutes to Brighton. This is a great location if you want to combine a trip to the coast with spending time in the nature. Rooms are simple, but comfortable and the breakfast tasty and plentiful. There is a small indoor pool, including a steam room and sauna. I would definitely stay here again but hopefully the next time get a room where the television isn’t broken."

"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."

"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"Frühstücksauswahl war gut und reichhaltig. Jedoch mussten wir am Samstag schon so früh ausschenken, dass es wir um ein Lunchpaket gebeten haben. Dieses war jedoch etwas dürftig. Lediglich zwei Sandwich (Zwei Scheiben Toast, zwei Scheiben Schinken, und Käse) sowie zwei Bananen und zwei verpackte Kekse. Punkt.
