From getting off the shuttle (and carrying the luggage) to breakfast and providing us with dining options this hotel is top notch. We stayed in the family room with 4 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. Would definitely come back to Villa Reno’s!!"

"Beautiful hotel with private balcony. Immaculate service. Clean and convenient (porters help with carrying bags up and down many flights of stairs. Lovely caldera and sunset views from our balcony. Nice looking pool! Free bottle of wine to start and to go bag at check out! Highly recommended for this Fira hotel. Nice hustle bustle area, but convenient so you can go back to your room to relax. Housekeeping service good, too!"

"Never met nicer staff! So helpful and friendly. Room was lovely, clean and specious, had a room with pool which was very quiet. Communal pool area was lovely always got a seat. Drinks reasonably priced and food delicious - especially Greek dips and club sandwhich. Breakfast also delicious, good range of food and all nice. I loved everything about this hotel, if I had to say a negative it would be pool wasn’t heated. If you struggle with mobility there is a 10 min walk up the hill might not...
