"We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very nice and had lovely sunset views. The pool area was very good. The breakfast was good and if you asked they would make you omelettes. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is great 8 mins into Fira. I would stay here again"

"Outstanding place to stay on the Caldera cliffs of Fira. The location is central and very convenient, close to the beginning of the Fira to Oia Cliff walk. We easily got to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, and also to Fira town square. We had a beautiful sitting area with our own plunge pool overlooking the cliffs. We were served breakfast there every day. It felt so indulgent to have our own space overlooking the ocean while could see tourists from afar angling to get views, especially at sunset. Our villa (Traviata) was spectacular. It was a cave house with a living room, dining area complete with refrigerator and minibar, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms and two showers, and our own indoor plunge pool jacuzzi. Stacy, the manager, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She organized transfers and gave us advice on what to do and see. All of our requests and questions were taken care of. She is fantastic! We enjoyed seeing Bacho and Sosa everyday. They brought us breakfast, helped with out hot tub, and helped carry our luggage up and down the path to the main road. I highly recommend staying here. There’s nothing like waking up with a Caldera view or seeing the sunset everyday from your private vantage point. It truly made our trip unique."

"The service and hospitality was a 10/10. The room was beautiful with an AMAZING view. The hotel is nearly halfway down the mountain so be ready for stair climbing to get to everything. it’s worth it though!"

"Absolutely brilliant hotel, loved our stay there and would go back and recommend to others. All the staff were friendly, knowledgable, attentive and helpful and couldn’t do more to make our stay perfect. We were upgraded on arrival and our room was lovely, overlooking the sea with a perfect view of the sunset."
