"This is an extremely comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay minutes outside Nashville, TN. You will find a pool, small but nice gym, and that the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, you will find the flatscreen tvs in the room are not smart TVs, therefore no streaming services are available but there is cable channels with crisp picture. Very quiet and close to upscale and well cared for properties, a Publix, Chic-fil-a, and Shell gas station extremely close...

"The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival or after requesting it the next morning. The door was eventually fixed after two requests. The staff was nice, but the pool area had ants. The hotel seems to be undergoing remodeling, and overall the experience was average."

"I was very happy with my stay at the Best Western Franklin. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and managed to get me into my room before check in time when I expressed my desire to get some rest. The breakfast was well stocked. The room was cleaned daily. The location was excellent just a stop light away from the freeway, with a grocery store, a Starbucks, and gas stations all in the immediate area. I was very happy with my selection and would stay...
